AHMED Is an architect by formation and a storyteller by instinct. Educated through master’s degrees in architecture and design at Bauhaus University and Politecnico di Milano, and shaped by more than fifteen years of practice, his work is rooted in the belief that architecture must be felt before it is built. As the founder and creative director of Metaphor-X, Ahmed moves fluidly between concept, space, and image using design intelligence, visual craft, and emerging technologies to translate ideas into atmosphere, meaning, and emotion. His approach blends architectural rigor with artistic sensitivity, creating immersive visual narratives that reveal the soul of a project long before it takes physical form.

AMRO leads the Cairo office of Metaphor-X, bringing with him more than two decades of experience shaped by architecture, leadership, and the realities of building at scale. An architect by training and instinct, Amro is the
co-founder of FMPLUS, where he continues to play an active role in guiding projects that extend beyond design into operation, longevity, and performance. His career has been defined by the ability to navigate complexity aligning vision with execution, creativity with discipline, and ambition with responsibility. With a deep understanding of how architecture is conceived, delivered, and sustained over time, Amro brings a grounded yet poetic perspective to Metaphor-X, strengthening its presence in Egypt and anchoring its work in both design intelligence and lived, built reality.
